We meet you to learn all about pups, ensuring seamless care transitions without stress. If your pup needs to be visited at a specific time, just let us know. We're happy to accommodate. 😊
2. Tailored Care
We arrive within a 30-minute window on the set date and time. Whether it’s daily walks, overnight stays, or just a little extra love while you’re away, we care for your pup like our own. 💛
3. Detailed Reports
You’ll get text updates (and lots of photos!) so you know your pup is safe, happy, and in loving hands after each walk. You can easily communicate changes or updates anytime via text. 🥰

Hi! I’m Jen, and this is Pepper, the little guy who inspired it all.At Sweet Pups, we’re here to make sure your pup always feels cared for and deeply loved. Whether you're at work or away for the day, your pup will be relaxed, joyful, and well looked after when you return.This all started with Pepper. One winter day, he was so excited to play in the snow. But after a while, his tiny paws just couldn’t take the cold. I carried him all the way home, making sure he felt warm and comforted in my arms.That’s the heart behind Sweet Pups. Every pup we care for gets the same love I gave to Pepper. 💛
Do you offer group walks?
Nope! All walks are one-on-one unless your pup has a sibling. We want every walk to feel calm, focused, and safe.
Can I add a sibling to the walk?
Absolutely. If your pup has a sibling, we’re happy to walk them together at no extra charge. For more than two pups, please book an additional walk.
What happens if it rains or the weather is too hot or severe?
We prioritize your pup’s safety. We’ll still come by for a quick walk and then spend indoor playtime together to keep your pup happy and stimulated.
Do I need to provide keys or building access?
Yes. During the Meet & Greet, we’ll confirm access so we can stick to your pup’s schedule without needing you home.
What else is included in the walk?
We clean your pup’s paws, refill their water bowl, serve food if needed, and clean up any accidents, all included and shared in the report after each visit. Your pup is fully cared for, and you’ll always know exactly what happened.
What if I need a last-minute walk?
Life happens. We get it. If something changes or you need a walk on short notice, just let us know. We’ll do our best to accommodate, and there’s no extra charge. We want your pup cared for and your day a little easier.
What’s your cancellation policy?
We know plans can change! Just let us know at least 2 hours before your scheduled visit. There’s no charge. If we arrive and your pup isn’t available, we’ll need to charge for the visit.
Do you offer evening visits?
Yes! We’re happy to help with evening walks or check-ins. There’s no extra charge. Just let us know what your pup needs, and we’ll be there!
How do I get started?
It's easy! Just schedule your Meet & Greet. We'll get to know your pup and make sure everything is ready for their first walk.
How do I pay?
We accept payments via Zelle®, PayPal, and Venmo. Details will be shared after your Meet & Greet. You can choose to pay per walk or in advance for the week.
